DECA and Investing

As a member of my school's DECA Chapter, I greatly expanded my base of knowledge in business. I developed several business plans and, as a freshman, I was a State Finalist (top 8) in the Principles of Finance section.

During my time in my school's Asset Management Club, I pursued my interests in the economy and stock markets. I participated in stock simulations and competitions, invested with $1000 in a small team, and was part of the larger group that managed the club's assets under our teacher's guidance.
